24/7/365 support ready when you need it.

Once your business has been on-boarded by our certified team, our service desk team is available for all your business’ IT support needs based on our on-demand Service Level Agreement.

 

With clearly defined hourly rates, our team can provide reactive break/fix support remotely or attend to your site.

Buy time your way.

We offer several ways in which you can purchase our remote support or on-site time. Whether it be your preference for ad-hoc, once off block hour purchases with long expiries, or monthly hour allocations via our service desk option, you can buy time in a way that suits your budget.

LIV On-Demand.

Time billed on an as needs basis. Simply put, your team contacts our support service to log a fault. We start the clock as soon as we contact you to begin resolution of the issue. Upon successful resolution of the issue, and pending the completion of the ticket paperwork, we stop the clock. You are billed based on the applicable time and type of service.

LIV Block Hour.

With this service, Clients can pre-purchase blocks of LIV On-Demand time at a special rate. There are blocks options with a 6 or 12-month expiry from date of purchase. LIV Block Hours are only available within our standard hours of operation. Time is deducted from the blocks in the same ratios as per the schedule for LIV On-Demand.

LIV Help Desk.

With this service, a consistent block of hours is billed and added to the client’s account monthly. LIV Help Desk is designed for clients who have a consistent, significant, need for ongoing support. Time is deducted from the blocks inline with the schedule for LIV On-Demand. Unused time is rolled over into the next month, with process continuing for as long as the service is maintained.
